What the **** do I do now? Calm Down! Here’s how:

Did the political and world news get you even more off-balance this week? Are you feeling uncentered, uncertain, frustrated, and overwhelmed? Me too. Honestly, I caught myself asking “what next”?

This is not a question I tend to ask myself unless I am completely frustrated, because I believe in energetic laws of attraction, I don’t want to open myself up to any possible worst-case scenarios (as most of you know, I’ve experienced some pretty awful worst-case scenarios).

Therefore, I am careful, with how I think, and where I focus my energy. If you are looking for something to do to help the world, but right now you are feeling so angry or frustrated you can’t put together a clear thought or action plan, I have a gift that will help you find peace, meaning, and a safe place from which to nurture your action plan.

When we are frustrated, angry, or have strong emotions of any kind, we are prone to make less desirable decisions. To find answers and make a game plan that resonates with your true self, you must listen deeply and be open to hearing what you really want. The answers are all inside of us, but we rarely find the silence and stillness from which to listen.

Because of the extreme frustration and anger, I am witnessing in my clients and students this week, I chose to gift my readers with a beautiful meditation. This short self-inquiry meditation will help you find inner peace and calm your mind. When your mind is calm, and you are in touch with your true inner self, you deeply connect to the reasons you do what you do. By listening, you will gain clarity on how you want to spend your time, energy, and resources.

May listening to this meditation help bring you to a place of peace.

Let me know how it goes!

Blessings,

Michelle
