Michelle Ann Collins is an international best-selling author, certified yoga therapist, grief educator, Ayurvedic lifestyle teacher, Reiki Master, and wellness coach. After suffering a series of heartbreaking losses, including her mother to cancer, her divorce, and her second husband to suicide, Michelle immersed herself in the healing arts. She now shares the tools she developed along her journey, teaching that post-traumatic growth is possible and that everyone, no matter what they’ve experienced, can live a fulfilling and joyful life. When she isn’t writing or teaching, Michelle can be found hiking the Oregon forests or paddleboarding on the rivers near her home.
