Adaptive Yoga

Stress is the cause of most disease in our modern world. Yoga has been scientifically proven to lower stress levels and physiological changes that lead to disease. So why aren’t you doing it?
Do you believe you aren’t flexible enough, strong enough or have enough balance? Adaptive yoga is for anyone who needs to improve strength, balance and flexibility but can’t quite make it to the floor.
If you can sit in a chair, you can bring all of the benefits of this nurturing yoga practice into your life.
Offered twice a week over zoom, Monday and Wednesday at 10:00am pacific time.
Gentle and mindful poses are taught with a variety of options, moving from seated in chairs, to standing poses, with the option of using chairs for balance support.
Strength, balance and flexibility, as well as stress reduction are all addressed in these gentle, accessible adaptive yoga classes. 
Based in knowledge of anatomy, physiology, stress reduction, meditation and yoga therapy, adaptive yoga classes are appropriate for anyone who needs support for balance and strength including medical conditions such as Parkinson's, MS, joint replacements, arthritis and more.
Monthly unlimited classes are available at recurring package price of $100.
OR: $15 for each 75 minute class.
